I completely understand, if you get your item and it’s just not what you had pictured please keep it in its original packaging and please contact me at mdp@davidovnadesigns.com I offer a 30-day return policy. However if your item comes damaged, please contact me immediately and we will work to get that fixed. 

After 30 days I can no longer accept returns, but I’d be happy to provide an exchange or store credit. 

Refunds

Once your item has been returned and received by me I will send you a confirmation email notifying you that I have received your return. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The length of time it takes for the funds to return to your account is dependent on your bank.

Exchanges

 If the item is not what you expected I’d be happy to exchange your order within 30 days of receiving your package. Please just contact me at mdp@davidovnadesigns.com

Because I am a small business, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs when returning or exchanging your item. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable and if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please keep in mind that depending on where you are located it may take some time for your exchanged product to make its way to you.
